Sonam Choden

Sonam Choden is an architect and analyst at the National Housing Development Corporation Limited, Bhutan’s sole affordable housing company. She completed her MPhil in Architecture and Urban Studies at the University of Cambridge in 2024 and is currently pursuing an MBA through the University of Canberra - Bhutan campus. Her work and research focus on sustainable affordable housing as a foundation for human wellbeing. She is passionate about how human-centred approaches can shape more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable housing communities. Besides, she likes to moonlight as a writer on her personal blog.
